Among those rescued are families with more than two children, elderly people, residents of destroyed areas of Kyiv region, Kharkiv region, east and south of Ukraine.

PROGRAM OF HUMANITARIAN AID TO THE JEWISH POPULATION OF UKRAINE

Ukraine's Jewish population faces challenges ranging from socio-economic hardship to the effects of conflict and displacement. In response to these challenges, humanitarian assistance programs have emerged to provide substantial assistance and support to Jewish communities across the country. These programs are important not only for meeting immediate needs, but also for strengthening the resilience and building a brighter future for the Jewish population of Ukraine.
The Jewish Humanitarian Assistance Program is a multifaceted initiative that addresses the diverse needs of Jewish communities in Ukraine.
At the heart of the humanitarian aid program is relief. During martial law, this includes the distribution of food, water, shelter, clothing and medicines to those in need. In addition, social support services are offered to vulnerable members of the community such as the elderly, children and the disabled.
The Jewish Humanitarian Assistance Program for Ukraine embodies a collective commitment to supporting resilience, promoting social inclusion and empowering Jewish communities to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.

THE CAMP FOR THE FORCED RESETTLERS FROM UKRAINE

Tens of thousands of Jewish families were forced to leave their hometowns. Many houses of the Jews from Mariupol, Kharkiv, Kyiv region and other trouble zones were destroyed.

Supporting them, Friends of the Jewish Community of Ukraine in Europe organized camps for the displaced people, where they are provided with everything necessary and the opportunity to live their Jewish life, with the Messengers of the Lubavitcher Rebbe support.
